On October 22, 2013, Bi-State Regional Commission released a Request for Proposals (RFP), which calls for aerial mapping services covering approximately 2,784 square miles, a cooperative project between four counties and numerous municipalities across the greater Quad Cities Region in Illinois and Iowa.
 
Procedures for preparation and presentation of proposals are contained in the attached RFP.

The project area will be flown in the Spring of 2014 with delivery of mapping products by the end of 2014.  The area covered includes Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Counties in Iowa; Henry County in Illinois; and the following municipalities in Illinois:  Aledo, Carbon Cliff, Coal Valley, East Moline, Moline, Rock Island, and Silvis.

A local, voluntary organization of five counties and 47 municipalities. We serve as a forum for intergovernmental cooperation and delivery of regional programs and to assist member local governments in planning and project development.
