A public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Scott County Secondary Roads Building, 950 Blackhawk Trail Rd, Eldridge, IA. Its purpose is to receive comments on the 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan for Iowa Region 9 (LRTP) and the Transportation Improvement Program Iowa Region 9 FFY2027-2030 (TIP), which includes Muscatine County and rural Scott County. Comments will be accepted through June 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.  A full copy of the LRTP can be found at: https://bistateonline.org/transportation-and-mobility/iowa-region-9-area/lrtp-region-9, and a full copy of the TIP can be found at: https://bistateonline.org/transportation-and-mobility/iowa-region-9-area/tip-and-funding-projects-region-9.

The Region 9 Transportation Policy Committee meeting agenda will be posted one week prior to the public hearing on the same website noted above.
