The Joint Purchasing Council at the Office of the Bi-State Regional Commission, 1504 Third Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois 61201, will receive sealed bids for the annual purchases of Janitorial Paper, Can Liners, and Cleaning Supplies until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, January 8, 2015. Sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time.
