Illinois Quad Cities Enterprise Zones Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at East Moline City Hall, 915 16th Avenue, East Moline. The purpose of this hearing is for a proposed amendment to add and delete territory of he Enterprise Zone Boundary. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
