Federal grants require registration in Grants.gov, and EUI-Entity Identifier, a 12-character unique number assigned to all entities who must register to do business with the federal government in SAM-System for Award Management. If you are considering a federal grant, it will be important to have an EUI and be registered in SAM.

Bi-State Regional Commission along with Rock Island, Milan, Moline and Rock Island County are conducting a study of Andalusia Road/Indian Bluff Road from Turkey Hollow Road to US 150 and are seeking input from the public and stakeholders.
