Bi-State Finance & Personnel Committee
There shall be a Finance and Personnel Committee to oversee the fiscal and personnel matters of the Commission. The Committee shall be composed of nine (9) members and appointed by the Commission Chairperson. A majority of the Committee shall constitute a quorum. (from the BSRC By-Laws)
