Bi-State Regional Commission is publishing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to develop a data analysis addendum for the Bi-State Regional Commission Freight Commodity Efficiency Study/Plan covering the geographic area of Henry, Mercer and Rock Island Counties, Illinois and Muscatine and Scott Counties, Iowa. Grant News

Federal funding opportunities: Rebuild American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Program ($1.5 B available) (submission date 14 April 2022) and the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIPD) ($450 M available) (submission date 16 May 2022). The Bi-State Regional Commission (or CBAWC) is collaborating with the Maritime Administration (MARAD) to provide additional information and support pertaining to these grants. Quad Cities MPO News

The MPO Transportation Policy Committee meeting is set for 12:00 noon Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Scott County Administrative Center, 600 W. 4th Streeet, Davenport, Iowa, Conference Room 605. There will be no conferencing option for public or exe-officio members. FFY2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) revisions are under consideration. Notice of use of Iowa Quad Cities Surface Transportation Block Grant funds for pavement management data collection is noted. A draft regional Transit Development Plan is available on the Bi-State website for review and comment.
