  • Grant Updates

    Federally, local governments can check the following link for the latest federal discretionary grants: USDOT Key Notices of Funding Opportunity.  Federal grants require registration in Grants.gov, and EUI-Entity Identifier, a 12-character unique number assigned to all entities who must register to do business with the federal government in SAM-System for Award Management.  If you are considering a federal grant, it will be important to have an EUI and be registered in SAM.

Bi-State Regional Commission is soliciting proposals for a traffic safety action plan(s) for the geographic areas of the Quad Cities, Iowa/Illinois and the micropolitan areas of Kewanee, Illinois and Muscatine, Iowa.  The contract will be held by Bi-State Regional Commission in cooperation with the Quad Cities MPO and cities of Kewanee and Muscatine.  Responses must be submitted by September 22, 2023 as noted in the RFQ and Scope of Services.  For questions, please contact Gena McCullough This email address is being protected from spambots.
