  • Grant Updates

    Federally, local governments can check the following link for the latest federal discretionary grants: USDOT Key Notices of Funding Opportunity.  Federal grants require registration in Grants.gov, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), a 12-character unique number assigned to all entities who must register to do business with the federal government in SAM-System for Award Management.  If you are considering a federal grant, it will be important to have a UEI and be registered in SAM.

Educational Attainment is available through the U.S. Census Bureau, decennial Census (historical) and American Community Survey.  To access educational attainment data for the Region, please see the Data Clearinghouse page.  Or, to access multiple data sets and/or multiple geographies within the Nation, such as census blocks, tracts, voting districts, cities, counties and school districts, visit the Census’ American Factfinder: http://factfinder2.census.gov or contact our Data Services Staff.
