The current contract for testing services for the Drug and Alcohol Consortium will expire at the end of 2023. Therefore Bi-State is putting out a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors for services in 2024. Prospective vendors will need to create a document detailing their ability to fulfill the needs of the Consortium and provide an estimate of prices for services rendered.
