  • Rock Island County Hazard Mitigation Plan Meeting - October 26, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. - ZOOM

    You are invited to the community stakeholder meeting for the update to the Rock Island County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The Rock Island County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) contracted with Bi-State Regional Commission to update of the 2026 County Hazard Mitigation Plan. In addition to Rock Island County, the EMA, schools, and the local jurisdiction representatives, the planning process requires the opportunity for input from a broad range of stakeholders and neighboring jurisdictions.

RFP Drug and Alcohol Consortium

The current contract for testing services for the Drug and Alcohol Consortium will expire at the end of 2023. Therefore Bi-State is putting out a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors for services in 2024. Prospective vendors will need to create a document detailing their ability to fulfill the needs of the Consortium and provide an estimate of prices for services rendered. Mission Statement

A local, voluntary organization of five counties and 47 municipalities. We serve as a forum for intergovernmental cooperation and delivery of regional programs and to assist member local governments in planning and project development.
